“I had been dieting
for some time, in an effort to reduce my weight, and had
succeeded in losing 6 stones. I still had more to lose,
and my own efforts at exercising weren’t being particularly
fruitful. This January (2006), after a bit of thought
about whether I really wanted a new kitchen, or a new
body, I decided that I probably spent 30 minutes a day
in my kitchen, whereas i’m in my body 24 hours a
day, so the decision was made as to where I’d use
my hard-earned savings! Thereafter, it was just a matter
of choosing a trainer. David

I contacted. He was professional from the word ‘go’
and his knowledge in his field is outstanding.
I started training in mid-January,
and in the first five weeks lost 22 lbs, a definite
step in the right direction. I train twice a week with
David, and several times a week by myself. It’s
not always easy, but having a personal trainer means
there is someone else there who will help to keep you
motivated, and to encourage you when you’re feeling
as though you just can’t do any more, not to mention
advise you on other things you can do to assist with
getting fit and healthy.
David is not only knowledgeable about
his field, he also has an excellent attitude, is extremely
motivational and it’s clear he cares about what
he is doing.
I still have a long way to go, but
I actually feel that I am heading in the right direction
and achieving small goals along the way.” |
